Do I need to book in advance?+
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking ahead — especially during peak season — to secure your preferred time and therapist.
What should I wear during a Thai massage?+
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is provided. For oil massages, you may undress to your comfort level; therapists use professional draping throughout.
Are your products organic or natural?+
Yes. We use premium natural oils, traditional Thai herbal balms, and organic aloe vera in our treatments wherever possible.
Do you offer couples massage?+
Absolutely. We have dedicated couples suites available. Please mention this when booking so we can prepare your room.
What is your cancellation policy?+
We ask for at least 4 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost.
